Andrew Wright
Andrew Wright has been writing about history and geopolitics for over 15 years. After a colourful bartending career he went back to school to get a history honours degree with a minor in political science. Andrew also holds an advanced certificate in public relations.
His areas of expertise include military history as well as European, Middle Eastern, and East Asian History. During the last decade Andrew has focused on Japanese Imperialism, modern Chinese history, and Russian aggression since the end of the Cold War.
Besides numerous articles Andrew has written three books:
•After Iraq: A Year in the Middle East (a spy novel on Iran’s Nuclear Weapons Program)
•The General (a military/political thriller on a fictional U.N. peacekeeping mission)
•A Brief Military History of the Japanese Empire (Part One)
